Guests will have access to the entire home, except for the garage and some locked bedroom closets.

The home is located in a quiet, spacious, and residential neighborhood. Close to the highway (290), this area offers quick access to get to downtown Austin or over to the wineries of Dripping Springs.

There is a large driveway and free street parking allowing for plenty of space for vehicles. A car is recommended.

There is only one exterior doorbell camera for security purposes. There are no interior cameras or recording devices. Footage is only reviewed if there is a violation of house rules.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
