Perfect for families or groups of friends, this 2665 sq ft single-family home offers ample amenities for an unforgettable vacation. As our primary residence, we have poured our heart and soul into designing the home and are thrilled to open it up for you to enjoy!

Relax in style with a 4.5' sports pool designed for water basketball, complete with a heated option (extra $150 fee), hot tub, waterfall feature, and pool lighting. Entertain the group with surround sound in the indoor and outdoor living spaces, cozy outdoor gas fire pit, and 86" Apple TV (indoor and outdoor) with all streaming services.

Enjoy a private office space with two desks and monitors, as well as a flex room that can be converted into a playroom or guest room. Indulge in the fully stocked kitchen. The primary bathroom features a waterfall shower, free standing tub, and LED touch hotel mirrors.

The sleeping arrangements include 4 bedrooms (1 king bed, 3 queen size beds, and 1 crib), 3.5 bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep 8 adults + 1 infant/toddler. Our home is also equipped for children ages 1-3 with baby amenities available upon request.

We have a Nest doorbell and surveillance set up for our primary residence. However, we do not actively monitor the cameras unless there is a reason to (neighbor complaint or house rules violation), so rest assured you have complete privacy. Our home uses noise aware to monitor the noise decibel to ensure house rules are respected.

Crestview is a desirable neighborhood located centrally in Austin. With easy access to multiple highways, you can reach a variety of restaurants and entertainment options within just a few minutes. The area is popular among young families who appreciate being near downtown, yet still enjoy the community feel of a neighborhood. As is common in Austin, Crestview features a mix of older and newly-constructed or renovated homes, making it a constantly evolving and dynamic community.

There are many business nearby, but we recommend a car/uber to get around town! Within 1 block there is Black Swan Yoga, 7 min walk to LA Fitness, and a 20 min walk/2 min drive is Summer Moon Coffee (get the moon milk)! Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
