Keep your drinks at the perfect temperature within the wine and beverage fridge and enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee with our Nespresso machine (capsules included).

This space offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, with a king bed in the primary room and queen beds in the second and third bedrooms. The primary room also features an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, dedicated workspace, plus an open space for yoga or meditation (mat and foam roller included)!

Soak up the sun in the large backyard, dine under the strings light on the covered patio, or gather around the fire pit for a cozy, memorable evening with friends. Stay entertained with our 50” Smart TV and access to popular streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and HBO+. Take advantage of our free driveway parking for up to 2 cars.

NEIGHBORHOOD
The home is in a *transitioning and gentrifying neighborhood* with a few renovated homes (this Airbnb) mixed in with a majority of older Austin homes. Please note: a *transitioning and gentrifying area is not for everyone,* however, it does offer this beautifully designed home and convenient access to South Congress Ave, downtown Austin, and the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport all within 10-12 minutes!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
