The only area off-limits is the neighbor's driveway located to the left of the house, however, there are two dedicated parking spaces in front of the home. You will have access to the entire home and a fenced-in backyard.

This beautifully renovated home is in a multi-cultural, growing, and transitioning neighborhood, but is surrounded by all new construction homes. PLEASE NOTE: a *transitioning and gentrifying area is not for everyone,* however, it does offer quick access to many local hot spots.

Car or Uber/Lyft needed. In this location, you can get to most major entertainment within <10 minutes!

Car rental or Uber recommended, most spots are within a few min drive and major attractions are <17 min drive! This home offers easy access to the following locations:

FAQ's

► Is luggage drop-off allowed for early arrivals or late departures?
- Yes! Luggage can be dropped off two hours before check-in (2:00pm) and left two hours after check-out (1:00pm). Please be sure to leave it just inside the front door and not to use the space . Any violation of these times will result in a $50/hr charge. We hope this helps :)

► Early check-in? Late check-out?
- Our home is in high demand! Our cleaning team needs adequate time to clean and prepare the house for so unfortunately we are not be able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.

► Is the neighborhood walkable?
- The neighborhood is not ideal for walking as it's gentrifying. We recommend Uber, Lyft, or a car rental to pop over to any destinations.

► Are there coffee shops or restaurants nearby?
- Yes! Sa-Ten @ Canopy is located within a 2 min drive. We also highly recommend Medici Roasting and Palomino Coffee nearby. Check out our guidebook upon booking for a comprehensive list of our local recommendations!

► Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member or co-worker?
- While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own Airbnb account. You can potentially earn a travel credit by referring someone to book their first reservation with Airbnb. Go to Account Settings and click on "Invite Friends" for more details.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
